Over the past 15 years, Jonah has built a reputation in the Commercial Real Estate Community centered around integrity, honesty, and a tireless work ethic. His experience in the industry has provided Jonah with an in-depth knowledge of Utah’s commercial real estate market--namely the industrial, multi-family, and land development spheres. Over the years, Jonah has helped his clients facilitate and capitalize on large-scale land entitlements, 1031 Exchange portfolios, industrial investments, and owner-user opportunities.

Jonah offers his clients top-quality commercial real estate services backed by over a decade of experience, a vast commercial portfolio, and a highly respected reputation throughout the industry. Communication and follow-through are paramount to Jonah’s business and his clients continuously speak to his dedication and personalized approach which set him apart in the industry. Jonah is highly motivated and brings a creative, positive attitude to every transaction, ensuring successful and mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.

Prior to opening his own full-service real estate brokerage and becoming a Managing Partner of Align Complete Real Estate Services in 2020, Jonah was a top producing Commercial Agent at Windermere Commercial for nearly 10 years. Jonah began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Agent in 2006 with KW Commercial in Salt Lake City. 

In addition to having a passion for his career, Jonah enjoys culinary arts (in which he was trained in a previous life), playing guitar, building wooden canoes, the outdoors, and spending time with his family (dogs included).
